The Rangel Fellowship is a nationwide competitive process that selects fellows for two years of $42,000 each year for graduate study, internships, professional development activities, and mentoring. The Rangel program especially encourages minority groups historically underrepresented in Foreign Service, women and applicants with fianancial need. Upon successful completion of the program and entry requirements you'll become a Foreign Service Officer.
